How Subscriptions Work

Each bot is activated by an ADA payment. The payment covers a fixed subscription period. When the period ends, the bot is automatically stopped and marked Expired.

Expired bots retain their configuration — you do not need to recreate the bot, just renew the subscription.

Renewing a Bot

1. Go to the Bots page.
2. Find the expired bot (status: Expired).
3. Click on the Renew button.
4. Complete the ADA payment renewal using your wallet.
5. Once the payment is confirmed on-chain, the bot is reactivated.

Payment Confirmation

Cardano transactions typically confirm within 1–3 minutes. CrowdTime monitors the payment address and updates bot status automatically once the transaction appears on-chain.
